U.S. Beauties National Pageant
"At Large" Contestant Information

For prospective contestants who want to compete in our pageant we have a format that we will designate for each "at large" contestant. "At large" meaning a contestant selected to compete at the national pageant should she not have a state pageant to compete in.

 The requirements are as follows:

  • Fill out the Online Application Form
  • Pay her Entry Fee  deposit (per rules and regulations on the website)
  • Email  a clear crisp headshot picture for placement on the national pageant website
  • Email  her personal sentence for placement under picture on national pageant website

Once the entry fee deposit is paid the contestant will receive via email:

  • Congratulations Letter
  • Sponsor Letter
  • Contestant Incentive Letter
  • Sponsor Information

Please note: Entry fee balances are due within 3 months of accepting at large titles.

Once the contestant entry fee is paid we will:

  • Mail the contestant her crown and sash.
  • Help to schedule personal appearances for her should she desire.
  • Ask for a crown and banner picture (shoulder up) to be placed on the national pageant website

Special Contestant Crowning Ceremony: We want to make all "at large" contestants feel like a Queen. If there is a pageant consultant representing your state or if we can assign a special crowning coordinator, the U.S. Beauties National Pageant Organization will sponsor a crowning ceremony for each state and regional "at large" contestant. Pictures will be taken and placed on this websites "Crowning Page" More information will be given to each "at large" contestant once their entry fee is paid.

Please Note: The following will need to be adhered to as this will make for a smooth flow as our contestants represent their state & regional title and prepare for the national pageant competition. Once a contestant is awarded her at large title and pays her deposit we will request each contestant to periodically stay in touch with us via email. If we don't hear back from a contestant after emailing the contestant several times we will assume the contestant no longer wants to compete and we will open her title again. No entry fee deposit refunds will be issued. Single moms are allowed to compete in the Miss division.
