2012 All World Beauties Pageants Rules
Information deemed liable but is subject to change at our discretion.
Please Note - Effective February 15, 2011-
If we have a state director you must compete at your state pageant. The progression is as follows:
State - United States All World Beauties State Pageant
National - United States All World Beauties National Pageant
International - All World Beauties International Pageant
1.) Must be a United States Citizen to participate in the State & National Pageants.
2,) International Pageant Contestant's must represent their culture and may be citizen's of any country.
3.) There is a non refundable 175.00 entry fee deposit.
4.) Contestants will receive a full round rhinestone crown and custom sash after their entry fee is paid.
5.) Contestants will have up to 3 months to pay their entry fee balance which will start after they pay their entry fee deposit. All contestants electing to use the payment plan must sign a monthly payment plan agreement form.
6.) Prospective Contestants must fill out an online application form which is on this website.
7.) Contestants will not be or have been involved in any nude photos, videos or related jobs.
8.) Contestants must sign our All World Beauties Pageants General Liability Form before competing in any of our pageat competitions.
9.) We are looking for working Queens. We will be happy to promote you and what cause you hold dear to your hearts but in exchange we are asking you to promote your State, National or International Title and our pageant system as well.
10.) Personal Appearances cannot be made while wearing the All World Beauties Pageants crown / banner without a signed personal appearance form by the contestant turned into the national office.
11.) The All World Beauties Pageants Organization reserves the right to accept or not to accept contestants to compete. Our decision is final.
12.) Proof of residency is required to compete in our pageants. Local & State Contestants must live in the state they wish to represent.
13.) If a contestant did not follow rules and regulations set forth while representing their title at the local, state or national or international level, they will not be allowed to compete the following year.
14.) Each contestant will have to purchase a mandatory 1/2 page ad, which helps defray the cost of the program books..
15.) NO PHOTO'S taken at the National Pageant can be used for any other pageant. If photos are used without our permission they will be asked to be taken down immediately.
16.) After the national pageant is over contestant out burst will not be tolerated. Good sportsmaship is the key to a successful pageant competition.
17.) No refunds will be given for entry fees, ads, tickets, event's etc for no reason. There will be no transfer of entry fees should contestants decide not to compete unless approved by the national office. We require contestants who will dedicate themselves to commit once they decide to compete.
18.) For any division...there needs to be at least 4 contestants. If the state pageant division's does not have 4 contestants they will advance to the national pageant and represent the state & regional titles with the state title going to the first contestant who applied and regional titles given to the remaining contestants. If the pageant organization cancel's the state pageant due to lack of entries, each contestant that elect's to compete at the national pageant will not incur additional entry fee's since the pageant organization canceled the event. This rule is in effective until June 13, 2012.
19.) Crown / Banner cannot be worn at night clubs or dance halls if there is no personal appearance scheduled. The crown / banner must be respected at worn with dignity at all scheduled personal appearances only.
20.) Contestants must not post inappropriate photos of themselves on facebook, myspace or any other social networking site while a titleholder with the All World Beauties Pageants. This includes but not limited to photos of drinking, smoking & any obscene poses or gestures.
21.) Contestants who post negative comments on networking sites will IMMEDIATELY be released from their regional or state title. The next runner-up will then be called and the title will be given to her.
22.) As a State, National or International Winner you will not be allowed to compete in another pageant system until you crown your successor.
23.) If there is not a pageant competition for you to crown the new winner and no at large contestant steps in to request your title, your title is valid for 1 year from the time you were crowned.
24.) The contestant title protocal is as follows: should you win your state pageant and don't win the national pageant you can: represent your title the following year at the national pageant should a state pageant not be held in your state. If you decide not to compete again and a state pageant is not held in your state you can represent your title until the next prospective contestant is accepted to represent your tile.
25.) If a contestant accepts an at large title and competes at their pageant and does not advance they may return the following year to represent that title again if the contestant informs the national office immediately that they wish to do so. Otherwise the title will become an open title which will be available to the next prospective contestant who wishes to represent the title.
26.) There is no guarantee that a pageant will be held in your state so that you can crown a new winner and have your final walk.
27.) All State Pageant Competitions must have 15 or more contestants.
28.) The online appplication form each contestant fills out constitutes an agreement & commitment to compete.
29.) The new Winners must attend the pageant they won the following year to crown the new winners unless the pageant competition is canceled. Certain rules will apply to be eligible to receive the travel expense credit and will be discussed when the prizes are distributed after the pageant competition is over.
30.) The All World Beauties Pageants is a pageant competition for women who would like to experience an organization that will showcase the Success of the Modern Woman.
31.) The All World Beauties Pageants Organization is looking for certain contestant qualities. Fun Outgoing Personality, People Person, Committed to her Title, Mature, Responsible, Positive Attitude, Desire to Represent the U.S. Beauties Pageant Title with Pride and Dignity.
32.) Our new National Winners must call the National Office twice a month to discuss future personal appearances & updates. Updated contact information (cell, land line phone, email and home address) must be sent to the national office.
33.) Each contestants agrees that this pageant organization is not responsible for any accident or injury incurred in travel to and from the pageant, or at the pageant itself. The entrant will take full responsibility for and agrees to release the All World Beauties Pageants Organization, its directors and agents from all liability to entrant to any losses, damages, claims or debts incurred by or made by entrant in connection with this pageant.
34.) National Queens will have a photo session after the national pageant is over.
35.) All Representatives will conduct themselves with the utmost respect and consideration at all times and support the All World Beauties Pageant Organization by acting as an Ambassador promoting your title with pride at events you will attend, passing out flyers & business cards.
36.) For contestants who maintain or are involved in networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook & Myspace all representatives should maintain a positive networking which should not contain behavior such as negative postings and inappropriate photos.
37.) The All World Beauties Pageant Organization will be there for all representatives by providing support, suggestions, guidance & caring. By working together we can achieve the dreams, goals & desires for our representatives and the All World Beauties Pageant Organization.
38.) A breach of contract will occur if the state, national or International queens don't observe the rules as follows, which includes not attending appearances, communication with the national office, inappropriate behavior / photos, negative postings about the All World Beauties Pageants or rules set forth by the pageant organization. If this occurs, the first runner-up will take over the winners position.
39.) If you are a title holder in another pageant system that is giving up your title before June 1, 2012 you are eligible to compete.
40.) If you are a state, national or international title holder with All World Beauties Pageants you must not compete in another pageant system until you crown your successor or relinquish your title to the next at large contestant.
41.) Contestants who have decided not to compete at any pageant competition that we hold after committing will not be granted a refund. Entry fee's are non transferrable to another person or another year. No exceptions.
42.) Email requests to the contestants must be answered timely.
43.) Rules must be followed concerning fee payments. We wish not to continue to send reminder emails to the contestants. One reminder should be sufficient.
44.) All required forms must be signed by contestants and or guardian's and given to the national office timely.
45.) By competing in our pageant system, you give us permission to use your likeness in photo's, videos, print & media.
46.) If an attorney needs to be become involved for any reason while as a Contestant or Titleholder, all legal fees incurred including the All World Beauties Pageants Organization legal fees will be the responsibility of the contestant / titleholder.
47.) Contestant will allow the All World Beauties Pageants to televise live or by use of film or videotape any portion of the competition.
48.) Any damage of property while at the pageant will be the contestant's financial responsibility.
49.) All contestants will treat the All World Beauties Pageants Directors & Associates with respect & consideration.
50.) Contestants will permit the All World Beauties Pageants Organization the right to use their photo for publicity purposes in connection with the All World Beauties Pageants Organization.
51.) Any travel expenses to and from personal appearances are each contestant's / titleholder's sole responsibility.
52.) Height to Weight Proportion is part of the judging process.
53.) We reserve the right to make changes to our pageant system at any time without notice.
54.) Contestants understand that if selected as a representative of our pageant system, that for one year her professional affairs as said representative will be under the sole management of the All World Beauties Pageants Organization & Directors, and that she will not give any written or oral endorsements without expressed written consent of the All World Beauties Pageants Organization. Titleholders loyality stands with the All World Beauties Pageants and no other pageant system during their reign with us.
55.) Titleholders will not interview or allow their photos to be placed in the media (internet, magazine or video) without the approval of the National Office. Nor will you enter into any magazine contests, photo contests or modeling events without approval of the National Office. We will act as your agent while you carry our pageant title.
56.) We will need at least 15 contestants total to host a state pageant. If we have less then 15 contestants we will not host a state pageant and all contestants will have the option of attending the national competition. If the contestant refuses, there will be no refunds. If the contestant agrees to attend nationals ~ they will not have to pay extra entry fee monies to compete.This rule is in effective until June 13, 2012
57.) All Rules are subject to change and will be added if required by the All World Beauties Pageants Organization.
58.) Family & Friends who purchase tickets to events such as dinner's, outings and the pageant competition will not receive a refund should they pay but not attend.
59.) In Divisions with 10 or less contestants we will only announce a Top 3, Divisions with 11 or more contestants we will announce a Top 5.
60.) Contestants agree that the decisions of the judges are final. Contestants will not contact judges for further scoring information and judges contact information will not be given to the contestants.
61.) State, National & International Pageant Winners will crown the new winners if a pageant competition is held. If the pageant competition is canceled they will not be required to crown the new winners. Cancelation of the State, National & International Pageant Competitions are at the sole decision of the Director Of Operations based on the contestant entries of 15 contestants or more.
62.) If you decide to quit being a contestant and then wish to return that same your to compete you will be required to pay a re-instatement fee of $150. We want contestants that are serious about competing and loyal to our pageant system.
63.) In order to be eligible for the $25 referral fee you must be a current contestant.
The rules are subject to change at anytime and it is the contestants responsibility to keep up with any changes.
All Contestants must sign a copy of the rules and regulations, then fax it back to the National Office.
