2009-2010 *Miss *Mrs. U.S. Beauties National Pageant Rules
Must be a United States Citizen.
There is a non refundable 175.00 entry fee deposit
Contestants will receive a full round rhinestone crown and sash after their entry fee is paid.
Contestants will have up to 3 months to pay their entry fee which will start after their acceptance.
Prospective Contestants must fill out an online application form which is on this website.
Contestants will not be or have been involved in any nude photos, videos or related jobs.
Contestants must sign our U.S. Beauties Pageant General Liability Form before the national pageant.
Personal Appearances cannot be made while wearing the U.S. Beauties Pageant crown / banner without a signed personal appearance form by the contestant turned into the national office.
The U.S. Beauties Pageant reserves the right to accept or not to accept contestants to compete. Our decision is final.
Proof of residency is required to compete in our pageants. You must live in the state you are residing.
If a contestant did not follow rules and regulations set forth while representing their title at the regional, state or national level, they will not be allowed to compete the following year.
Contestants agrees that the decisions of the judges are final.
After the national pageant is over contestant out burst will not be tolerated. Good sportsmaship is the key to a successful pageant competition.
No refunds will be given for entry fees, ads, tickets etc There will be no transfer of entry fees should contestants decide not to compete. We require contestants who will dedicate themselves to compete.
Crown / Banner: The U.S. Beauties Crown & Banner cannot be worn at night clubs or dance halls if there is no personal appearance scheduled. The crown / banner must be respected at worn with dignity at all scheduled personal appearances only.
Contestants must not post inappropriate photos of themselves on facebook, myspace or any other social networking site while a titleholder with the US Beauties Pageant system. This includes but not limited to photos of drinking, smoking & any obscene poses or gestures.
Contestants who post negative comments on networking sites will IMMEDIATELY be released from their regional or state title. The next runner-up will then be called and the title will be given to her.
As a National titleholder you will not be allowed to compete in another pageant system until you crown your successor.
The online apppliction form each contestant fills out constitutes an agreement to compete. This agreement will confirm that all regional & state contestants will attend & compete at the national level.
*Miss *Ms.*Mrs. National Winners must attend the national pageant the following year to crown the new winners unless the division closes for the new year. Certain rules will apply to be eligible to receive all expenses paid and will be discussed when the prizes are distributed after the national pageant is over.
The U.S. Beauties Pageant is a pageant competition for women who would like to experience an organization that will showcase the Success of the Modern Woman.
The U.S. Beauties Pageant is looking for certain contestant qualities. Fun Outgoing Personality, People Person, Committed to her Title, Mature, Responsible, Positive Attitude, Desire to Represent the U.S. Beauties Pageant Title with Pride and Dignity.
Our new 2010 -2011 Miss & Mrs. National Winners must call the National Office twice a month to discuss future personal appearances & updates. Updated contact information (cell, land line phone, email and home address) must be sent to the national office.
Each contestants agrees that this pageant organization is not responsible for any accident or injury incurred in travel to and from the pageant, or at the pageant itself. The entrant will take full responsibility for and agrees to release the U.S. Beauties Pageant Organization, its directors and agents from all liability to entrant to any losses, damages, claims or debts incurred by or made by entrant in connection with this pageant.
2010 Miss & Mrs. National Queens will have a photo session two months after the national pageant is over. The photo session will be paid by the U.S. Beauties Pageant Organization for up to $150.00.
*Miss *Mrs. U.S. Beauties Regional, State & National Representatives will conduct themselves with the utmost respect and consideration at all times and support the U.S. Beauties Pageant System by acting as an Ambassador promoting your title with pride at events you will attend, passing out flyers & business cards.
For contestants who maintain or are involved in networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook & Myspace all representatives should maintain a positive networking which should not contain behavior such as negative postings and inappropriate photos.
The U.S. Beauties Pageant will be there for our *Miss *Mrs. U.S. Beauties Regional, State & National Representatives by providing support, suggestions, guidance & caring. By working together we can achieve the dreams, goals & desires for our Representatives and the U.S. Beauties Pageant Organization.
A breach of contract will occur if the state or national queens don't observe the rules as follows, which includes not attending appearances, communication with the national office, inappropriate behavior / photos, negative postings about the U. S. Beauties Pageant or rules set forth by the pageant organization. If this occurs, the first runner-up will take over the winners position.
If you are a title holder in another pageant system that is giving up your title before July 9, 2011, you are eligible to compete.
If you are a national title holder with U.S. Beauties you must not compete in another pageant system until you crown your successor.
Contestants who has decided not to compete at the national competition after committing to their title and paying all fee's will not receive a refund. No exceptions.
State / Regional Winner's who do not compete for any reason will not be granted a refund. Funds will be transferrable to the next year only if the national office approves.
Email requests to the contestants must be answered timely.
Rules must be followed concerning fee payments. We wish not to continue to send reminder emails to the contestants. One reminder should be sufficient.
All required forms must be signed by contestants and given to the national office timely.
By competing in our pageant system, you give us permission to use your likeness in photo's, videos, print & media.
If an attorney needs to be become involved for any reason while as a contestant, after the State Pageant or as a State / Regional winner, all legal fees incurred including the U.S. Beauties Pageant legal fees will be the responsibility of the contestant/state winners.
Contestant will allow the U.S. Beauties Pageant to televise live or by use of film or videotape any portion of the competition.
Any damage of property while at the pageant will be the contestant's financial responsibility.
All contestants will treat the US Beauties Pageant Directors & Associates with respect & consideration.
Contestants will permit the US Beauties Pageant system the right to use their photo for publicity purposes in connection with the U.S. Beauties Pageant.
Any travel expenses to and from personal appearances are each contestant's sole responsibility.
Contestants understand that if selected as a winner of the National Competition that for one year her professional affairs as said winner will be under the sole management of the U.S. Beauties Pageant System & Directors, and that she will not give any written or oral endorsements without expressed written consent of the U.S. Beauties Pageant National Directors.
