2009-2010 *Miss *Mrs. U.S. Beauties National Pageant Rules 

A complete list of rules will be given to each contestant when they pay their entry fee which they will have to sign in order to compete. Below is standard rules that we will need each contestant to know:

Must be a United States Citizen.

There is a non refundable 150.00 entry fee deposit

Contestants will receive a full round rhinestone crown and silkscreen sash after their entry fee is paid.

Contestants will have up to 3 months to pay their entry fee which will start after their acceptance.  

Prospective Contestants must fill out an online application form which is on this website.

Contestants will not be or have been involved in any nude photos, videos or related jobs.

All personal appearances must be approved by the national office.

The U.S. Beauties Pageant reserves the right to accept or not to accept contestants to compete. Our decision is final.

Proof of residency is required to compete in our pageants. You must live in the state you are residing.

If a contestant did not follow rules and regulations set forth while representing their title at the regional, state or national level, they will not be allowed to compete the following year.

Contestants agrees that the decisions of the judges are final.
 
No refunds will be given for entry fees, ads, tickets etc There will be no transfer of entry fees should  contestants decide not to compete. We require contestants who will dedicate themselves to compete.
 
Crown / Banner: The U.S. Beauties Crown & Banner cannot be worn at night clubs or dance halls if there is no personal appearance scheduled. The crown / banner must be respected at worn with dignity at all scheduled personal appearances only.
 
A contestant agreement contract will have to be signed by all contestants who wish to compete in our pageant system. This agreement will confirm that all regional & state contestants will attend & compete at the national level.
 
Miss & Mrs. National Winners must attend the national pageant the following year to crown the new winners. Certain rules will apply to be eligible to receive all expenses paid and will be discussed when the prizes are distributed after the national pageant is over.  

The U.S. Beauties Pageant is a pageant competition for women who would like to experience an organization that will showcase the Success of the Modern Woman.

The U.S. Beauties Pageant is looking for certain contestant qualities. Fun Outgoing Personality, People Person, Committed to her Title, Mature, Responsible, Positive Attitude, Desire to Represent the U.S. Beauties Pageant Title with Pride and Dignity. 

There is no height to weight requirement however contestants should be in good health and physical condition.
 
Miss ladies can compete as long as they are 18 years of age by competition time. If they are under 18 years of age before competition but will be 18 years of age by competition time we will need a parent's or guardian's signature stating it will be okay for their daughter to compete.   

We are no longer sponsoring the contestant crowning celebration gifts, but for our new 2009-2010 contestants, they can still have a crowning celebration with close family & friends and we will still purchase a cake and flowers for all ladies and photos will be placed on the national pageant website.

Our new 2010 Miss & Mrs. National Winners must call the National Office twice a month to discuss future personal appearances & updates. Updated contact information (cell, land line phone, email and home address) must be sent to the national office.

2009-2010 Miss & Mrs. Regional, State & National Representatives WILL be allowed to compete in other pageants as long as the contestant honors her U.S. Beauties Regional & State title.

Each contestants agrees that this pageant organization is not responsible for any accident or injury incurred in travel to and from the pageant, or at the pageant itself.  The entrant will take full responsibility for and agrees to release the U.S. Beauties Pageant Organization, its directors and agents from all liability to entrant to any losses, damages, claims or debts incurred by or made by entrant in connection with this pageant.

2010 Miss & Mrs. National Queens will have a photo session one month after the national pageant is over. The photo session will be paid by the U.S. Beauties Pageant Organization for up to $150.00.

*Miss *Mrs. U.S. Beauties Regional, State & National Representatives will conduct themselves with the utmost respect and consideration at all times and support the U.S. Beauties Pageant System by acting as an Ambassador promoting your title with pride at events you will attend, passing out flyers & business cards. 

For contestants who maintain or are involved in networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook & Myspace all representatives should maintain a positive networking  which should not contain behavior such as negative postings and inappropriate photos.

The U.S. Beauties Pageant will be there for our *Miss *Mrs. U.S. Beauties Regional, State & National Representatives by providing support, suggestions, guidance & caring. By working together we can achieve the dreams, goals & desires for our Representatives and the U.S. Beauties Pageant Organization.

A breach of contract will occur if the state or national queens don't observe the rules as follows, which includes not attending appearances, communication with the national office, inappropriate behavior / photos, or rules set forth by the pageant organization. If this occurs, the first runner-up will take over the winners position.

If you are a title holder in another pageant system that is giving up your title before July 9, 2010, you are eligible to compete. 
 
If you are a national title holder with U.S. Beauties you must not compete in another pageant system until you crown your successor.
