Press Release: Michele Winslow Executive Marketing Director; we are excited to anounce that we are planning a  "Girls Glamour Glitz Night Out / Fashion Show Event" at the national pageant next year July 9, 2010 at the Holiday Inn Rolling Meadows Illinois for our contestants and ladies who would like to attend. This event is opened to the public. Tiara Magazine & Celebrating the Success of the Modern Woman Online Magazine will cover the event for their future issue by interviewing and taking photos.

Entertainment: the 2010 national pageant contestants (who signed on) will perform their talent on stage.

 

The Girls Glamour Glitz Night Out event will be opened to the public and our 2010 contestants will be honored at the event with a special certificate given to them. 

 

Time: 7:00pm - 11:00pm

 

Fee: the Friday July 9, 2010 Girls "Glamour Glitz Night Out" Event Fashion Show, Entertainment, Favors, Punch & Hor' deurves will be $35.00 per person or $45.00 per person which will include a program book. This Program Book will also serve as a business resource guide for all who purchase the book to keep.

 

For businesses who would like to showcase their items at the Girls Glamour Glitz Night Out Event, you can have your own table for $85.00 which includes Hor' deurves & Girls Glamour Glitz Night Out Program Book. Placing ads in the program book are extra.  We will also have you speak about your business at the event. Table space is limited so sign up early.

 

For businesses who would like to showcase theri items but cannot attend: we will pass your material / literature to those in attendance and oversee your marketing table. The fee will be $45.00.

Raffle & Door Prizes: the door prize list will be announced soon.

  

If your business would like exposure, placing a full page ad in the Girls "Glamour Glitz Night Out" Program Book is the way to go. A full page ad fee will be $250.00 & a half page will be $175.00 for a black and white glossy ad. Ad prices for color inside front / inside back cover will be $450.00. Outside back will be $575.00.

 

Weekend Package Deals will be given to ladies (not contestants) in attendance who would like to stay at the event for the Friday July 9, 2010 Girls Glamour Glitz Night Out, Saturday July 10, 2010 *Miss *Mrs. U.S. Beauties National Pageant Contestant Preliminaries / Celebration Party & Sunday July 11, 2010 National Pageant Finals

 

Should you decide to stay with us for 3 days July 9, 10 & 11, 2010, the special national pageant package for all in attendance (not contestants) will include:

 

1.)  Special Hotel rates for Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Special hotel rates will also be offered to vendors who would like to arrive the day before on July 8, 2010. (special rates up to 4 persons per room includes full breakfast in restaurant each night you stay overnight at the hotel)

2.)  Friday Night Girls Night Out Glitz & Glam Event Vendor Table, Program Book, Fashion Show & Food (1 person..additional will be $25.00 per person (program book extra for 2 or more)

3.)  Saturday Night National Pageant Preliminary Competition Audience Ticket (reserved seating...4 ticket's given ..each additional ticket will be $25.00 per person)

4.)  Saturday Night Contestant Celebration Dinner/ Music / Dancing (1 person....each additional ticket will be $65.00 per person)

5.) Sunday Transportation & Audience Ticket to see the National Pageant Finals & Cheer on the Contestants. ( 4 ticket's given ...each additional tick et will be $25.00 per person)

6.)  Photo with the New 2010 National Winners on stage at the National Pageant.

7.)  Your Companies Banner / Link on this page.

Pricing for this 3 day exciting package will be $670.00 for ladies not competing in the national pageant.

We are only accepting 25 vendors & 200 people to attend this event so guests get your tickets and vendors reserve your spot early for this exciting event.
