Success Story

 I believe I am a success because I am on a journey to reach my goals, my future. My future is a career in nursing. As a nursing major at Marian University, I have been dedicated to my studies and striving for a dream that I have had in my mind since I was a little girl. I have learned so much from my classmates and teachers in such a short time. My teachers taught me to never give up and told me to keep working hard because it will only become more difficult. My classmates taught me the importance of studying and being attentive.

I love helping other people in times of need and I'm always there to lead a hand. The feeling of helping other people who are in need is unexplainable. As a scholarship athlete, I am very busy and involved. Between school and sports, I don't have a lot of spare time but I am always in the library studying and taking one step closer toward my future. As a future registered nurse, I look forward to graduating with a degree in nursing and hopefully sharing my gifts and talents with others around me.
